One of our largest single retail projects so far is working with French brand Sézane to open their second London store, or “Appartement”, in London’s upscale neighbourhood of Marylebone.
This project highlights our ability to manufacture and fit bespoke carpentry throughout the store from wall panelling, window linings, partitions and high-end furniture. Working with the client to create a ‘French’ feel the store was zoned to create intimate spaces to display their different ranges of merchandise including dedicated areas for knitwear, ladies’ clothing, footwear and the menswear corner, showcasing products from its brother brand October.
The ‘passage’ through the centre of the store has marble flooring and floor-to-ceiling showcase cabinets displaying jewellery and accessories.
The changing room walls are covered in a French style pinstripe wallpaper with a luxurious carpet, the main sales area flooring is a rustic oak herringbone again following the French feel.
The walnut finish of the fitting and furnishings throughout, as well as the distressed brass light fittings, give an overall luxurious ambiance.
